According to a report in Bleeding Cool, industry sources say Terminator 5, the sequel to “Terminator Salvation,” will be set in London in the year 2011, with a time-traveling John Connor to be played by Christian Bale.

I don’t know about you, but for me, this is awful news.  As long as McG and Christian Bale are involved I will have absolutely no interest.  How could I after the abomination that was “Salvation?”  That piece of dreck is easily one of the top five worst films of the year.

At least we may get to see a post-apocalyptic London, a la “Reign of Fire,” but that isn’t much of a consolation.
