CENTERPIECE GALA: Pulp Fiction: The Making of an Indie Masterpiece, 7:00 pm at the Orpheum, with Special Guests Karyn Rachtman, Ronnie Yeskel and Jason Bailey

Screening on 35 mm at the Orpheum Theatre, Quentin Tarantino’s epic PULP FICTION will be followed by a conversation with Casting Director Ronnie Yeskel and Music Supervisor Karyn Rachtman. The discussion will be moderated by Jason Bailey, Wichita native, Flavorwire Film Editor and author of the upcoming book Pulp Fiction: The Complete Story of Quentin Tarantino’s Masterpiece. Nearly twenty years later, we’ll explore how and why PULP FICTION became such an inspirational and transformative film in the industry and artistry of independent cinema. Arguably best known for its stellar cast and music, Yeskel and Rachtman will share their experiences of working on the film and collaborating with Tarantino.

The film will be followed by the Centerpiece Gala party at Abode Venue with open bar, food and live music by Seven Nation Army. Tickets are $25. The evening is sponsored by Steve Anderson.
