After his much publicized gross-out fest “Human Centipede,” wherein a trio of captives have their mouths sewn to the anus of the person in from of him to create one long digestive system, director Tom Six is back with part two, reports IFC. Only this time there will be 12 poor saps sewn together this time.

“It will have a huge centipede with 12 people involved. Shooting it has been a massive operation,” Six told Matt Singer of IFC News. “When you see the 12-person centipede on the set, it’s so many people! If you did like 25 people, you’d need an entire street to shoot it. The sets would have to get bigger and bigger to get all the wide angle shots. It would be pretty crazy.”

“The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)” will hit theatres sometime in 2011
