It has been confirmed: Bruce Willis has tied the knot for the second time marrying 30-year-old model/actress Emma Heming.

Rogers & Cowan, the agency that supplies Willis his publicist, announced Sunday that the 54-year-old Willis married Heming in a small, private ceremony at his home in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

This is the first marriage for Heming, and the second for Willis who was previously married to actress Demi Moore with whom he had three daughters: Rumor, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah Belle, 14. After their split, Moore married actor Ashton Kutchar. Both were in attendance.

A civil ceremony is planned when the couple returns to California.
