Like many critics, Eric is an aspiring, but so far failed screenwriter who chose the next best thing; ripping apart the films of his successful peers.

Eric also believes in, and supports the unique experience and opportunities offered by local independent film festivals.  He is a vocal supporter of his hometown’s Tallgrass Film Festival and encourages movie-lovers around the country to take part in the preservation of America’s local film culture.
