The Screen Actors Guild prides itself on being the best indicator for the Academy Awards which are ever-so difficult to predict. We’ll get to see how accurate SAG Awards are next month. For now, take a look at this year’s winners of the 15th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards:

Movies

Best cast: “Slumdog Millionaire.”

Best actor in a leading role: Sean Penn, “Milk.”

Best actress in a leading role: Meryl Streep, “Doubt.”

Best supporting actor: Heath Ledger, “The Dark Knight.”

Best supporting actress: Kate Winslet, “The Reader.”

Best stunt ensemble: “The Dark Knight.”

Television

Best drama series cast: “Mad Men.”

Best actor in a drama series: Hugh Laurie, “House.”

Best actress in a drama series: Sally Field, “Brothers & Sisters.”

Best comedy series cast: “30 Rock.”

Best actor in a comedy series: Alec Baldwin, “30 Rock.”

Best actress in a comedy series: Tina Fey, “30 Rock.”

Best actor in a movie or miniseries: Paul Giamatti, “John Adams.”

Best actress in a movie or miniseries: Laura Linney, “John Adams.”

Best stunt ensemble: “Heroes.”

Life Achievement: James Earl Jones.

    IM SOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT :) I love Meryl Streep, she is an amazing actress.. and every movie she is in.. just turns into gold! :)
